You won’t want to miss our SeniorCare Investor audio conference featuring expert analysis on the state of the lending market and how it relates to construction and development financing of seniors housing and care properties.

The housing market crash in 2008 and 2009 prompted most senior housing developers to stop building. Experts are now predicting a shortage of new units in growing markets for 2011, 2012 and 2013 – is now the time to get ready?

Our panel of leading industry professionals will provide expert and timely analysis of the lending market during this 90-minute audio conference. You won’t want to miss out on the discussion of these topics:

Find out who is lending right now and their terms. What is required for the permanent financing after construction is complete?

Determine the role of HUD LEAN in this financial picture. Is HUD LEAN the answer to the financing problem?

Compare HUD to conventional bank financing for new construction. Is anyone really doing any new construction right now?

Learn if health care REITs fill the void in construction finance. How is their financing structured, and what are the terms and cost?

Take the opportunity to ask these experts your questions on the lending market.

…and much more!
