In March’s lone Behavioral Health deal, Providence Service Corp. (NASDAQ: PRSC) is paying an undisclosed amount to buy Psych Support. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, the target is a critical access behavioral health agency that provides enhanced mental health services, including intensive services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
