Dan Gray, president of Continuum Development Services (CDS), began a consulting practice in 1988 to provide senior services organizations with operational auditing, direct management services, and development of community-based services. Since establishing CDS in 2002, he has worked with more than 100 providers across the country and is currently a licensed administrator in Tennessee. Prior to beginning his own firm, he was vice president of Elder Services for Alexian Brothers Health System and CEO of Alexian Village of Tennessee. In addition, he developed PACE programs in Chattanooga and St. Louis and a Life Care at Home program (virtual retirement community) in Chattanooga. He has served on the boards of the American Association of Homes & Services for the Aging, the National PACE Association, and the Catholic Health Association. He earned a bachelor of science in psychology from Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, a master of science in long-term care administration from North Texas State University, and a master’s level certificate in gerontology from the University of Southern California.
