As client services director, John oversees all marketing efforts on behalf of agency, and has worked with dozens of clients in the mature market ranging from non-profit and for-profit CCRCs to national consumer packaged goods brands. At Varsity, he is directly involved in brand planning for clients, including research development, implementation, evaluation and strategy. John also manages all practice specialist teams which are dedicated to Varsity's specific industry concentrations, including retirement living, consumer goods & services, healthcare and technology. He was instrumental in the planning and execution of a number of original research projects, including the agency's latest, Project Looking Glass II.
John holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Villanova University, and has completed post-graduate studies in marketing at Wharton School of Business.
