Senior Director of Compliance, Peace Church Compliance Program
Karla joined the Peace Church Compliance Program in June of 2007. She brings over 25 years experience in long term care with the most recent 10 years in compliance roles for profit and non-profit organizations. Karla’s roles have included the implementation and development of compliance programs, training and education related to quality improvement, quality of care, documentation, the role of compliance within organizations and board governance related to compliance oversight. She has worked with various governmental agencies in assisting organizations with compliance issues and their resolution. Karla is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Masters in Therapeutic Recreation. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) with the Health Care Compliance Association.
