Kimber Latsha is an attorney who has extensive experience in representing long term care, assisted living, and continuing care providers. He currently serves as LeadingAge PA’s General Counsel. Mr. Latsha is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, and is a past Vice Chair of AHLA’s Long Term Care, Senior Housing, In-Home Care, and Rehabilitation Practice Group. He is currently serving on the Planning Committee for the AHLA Long Term Care and the Law Conference and also has served as a course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute for educational sessions on long term care. Mr. Latsha is a past member of the Board of Directors of the PA Society of Health Care Attorneys. He is a long standing member and past Chair of the Legal Committee of LeadingAge. He has lectured and written on numerous topics affecting long term care providers. Mr. Latsha is a distinguished graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and received his JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Latsha has been awarded the AV® preeminent rating through the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating process attesting to the highest level of legal ability and ethics. He also has been selected by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in Central Pennsylvania for five consecutive years.
