The transaction, which is subject to all the usual state regulatory reviews, comes hard on the heels of the January 1 merger between Atlantic Health System and Chilton Hospital, which was announced way back in October 2012. ........Want to read more news? The first round of the Head Health Challenge resulted in $300,000 awards to Banyan Biomarkers, BrainScope Company, Cortical Metrics, ImmunArray Inc. and Quatnerix. The $20 million open innovation challenge is looking to find and fund ideas to develop new solutions to diagnose and protect against traumatic brain injury........ Want to read more news?
