HEALTH CARE MERGER AND ACQUISITION DATABASE REACHES
10,000 DEAL MILESTONE ACCORDING TO IRVING LEVIN ASSOCIATES
NEW CANAAN, CT – November 1, 2004 – The over 200 health care
mergers and acquisitions announced in the third quarter of 2004 pushed the
number of deals recorded in Irving Levin Associates’ online M&A database
over the 10,000 mark, according to Sanford B. Steever, editor of the
database and The Health Care M&A Monthly newsletter.
