In addition, Mr. Herman served as Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the Company from May 2004 to March 2006 and served as Vice President of Operations from August 2000 to May 2004. From 1998 to August 2000, Mr. Herman was a founding member and President of Herman/Turner Group, LLC, a health care consulting company. Prior to that date, Mr. Herman was a founder and Chief Operating Officer of Capital Valuation Group, a health care consulting firm founded in 1991.
George Hager is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genesis HealthCare, one of the largest skilled nursing operators in the country. Prior to becoming CEO, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for corporate finance, information services, reimbursement and risk management. He joined Genesis in 1992 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1994. He has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry.

Jon E. Santemma is Managing Director in the UBS Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Jon E. Santemma has responsibility for health care services and has played a lead role in almost every senior housing transaction for UBS in recent years. Santemma is focused on the alternate site spectrum, including long-term care, assisted living, long-term acute care, hospice, rehabilitation and related areas, as well as health care REITs. Prior to joining UBS in 1999, Santemma was a senior health care services banker with Citigroup, having joined Salomon Smith Barney in 1995.
