for this SeniorCare Investor audio conference featuring
expert analysis of publicly traded seniors housing and care stocks and
health care REITS, where the market is headed, and where opportunities
exist.
While 2006 was a great year for the publicly traded seniors housing and
care stocks, as well as for health care REITs, in 2007 the market turned
downward. That trend has continued into 2008 for most of the provider
companies. The near-term industry fundamentals, however, are still
relatively strong and the long-term prospects extremely positive, so
values for everyone should be moving up, not down. Is now the time to buy?
Hold? Sell?
To answer that question, we’ve enlisted some of the nation’s top equity
analysts in the seniors housing and care sector to discuss where they see
market opportunities and why, and explain why health care REITs are
performing well in a difficult capital market environment. You won’t want
to miss their insightful commentary in the new audio conference,
“Investing in Seniors Housing Public Equities: Taking Stock of Today’s
Market.”
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone active in seniors housing and care
to fully understand the public equity market, what moves share prices and
determines value, and whether the stock market will be a predictor of the
industry’s future.
