The nation’s urgent need to provide more affordable housing for the low-income elderly will only increase in the coming decade. A recent survey found that for every unit of affordable senior housing that becomes available, there are at least 10 eligible seniors on the waiting list for it. The pressure is on not-for-profit entities to develop new units and preserve the existing housing stock, and major opportunities await for-profit partners. As a not-for-profit, how can you make affordable senior housing happen and reap positive financial benefits? As a for-profit developer, property manager, consultant or banker, how can you be a player in these deals? To get answers to these questions and more, listen to or read the latest Senior Care Audio Conference: “Mission: Possible-- Creating and Preserving Affordable Senior Housing.”

Listen as our panel of experts explores the major opportunities that exist for innovative partnerships and creative financing. You’ll learn about the entire spectrum of funding options for affordable senior housing, from federal grants to the use of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. You will understand the risks and rewards.
