Amulet Capital Partners has acquired TFP Fertility Group, a leading fertility care provider in the United Kingdom and Northern Europe, from Benefit Street Partners (a Franklin Templeton company). TFP will continue operating under its existing brand and clinical leadership with CEO Jude Fleming and the current management team. Financial terms were not disclosed.
TFP operates an integrated network of 10 full fertility clinics supported by 21 satellite and referral centers across the United Kingdom and Poland. The company has more than 35 years of clinical heritage. The transaction provides capital for continued growth while maintaining focus on providing high-quality reproductive healthcare services.
The deal expands Amulet’s reproductive health platform into Europe, complementing its U.S. fertility investments, including US Fertility and Genetics & IVF Institute. Amulet was advised by Lincoln International (financial) and McDermott Will & Emery (legal). Benefit Street Partners was advised by Rothschild & Co (financial) and Linklaters (legal).
