Chief Financial Officer, Trilogy Health Services, LLC
Greg Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of Trilogy Health Services. Prior to this role, Greg was the Chief Development Officer for Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (“Kindred”). In this position, Greg oversaw all of the mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and development for Kindred and participated in the strategic planning for the Company. During his 9 years at Kindred, Greg completed over 100 acquisitions in the hospital, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, contract rehabilitation, home care and hospice, and institutional pharmacy sectors in excess of $4B. Prior to joining Kindred, Greg worked for 7 years in the Health Care Group of Houlihan Lokey, a leading investment bank, where he was most recently a Senior Vice President. At Houlihan Lokey, he was active in all areas of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and valuation. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Greg worked for KPMG in their Business Valuation Group and at Key Bank working with interest rate derivatives. Greg earned a B.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
