John Nero is a Vice President in the New York office of Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC. He is a member of the firm’s real estate group, focusing on a variety of healthcare real estate engagements, including single-asset and portfolio monetizations, developer selections, private equity and debt placements, refinancings and mergers & acquisition transactions. Mr. Nero has experience working with a wide range of client types, including healthcare systems, hospitals, REITs, and private real estate investment and development firms.
Prior to joining H2C, Mr. Nero spent five years with Shattuck Hammond Partners, where he worked in the firm’s healthcare real estate investment banking group. Mr. Nero started his real estate career with Wells Fargo Bank, working in the firm’s commercial real estate lending group. He received a B.S. in Finance from Drexel University and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Mr. Nero is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York.
