Director, Houlihan Lokey
Mr. Kremeier is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. He has advised on a wide range of assignments, including strategic advisory, sellside and buyside M&A transactions, and equity financings. He has been involved in numerous healthcare transactions involving behavioral health providers as well as facility-based post-acute providers. Over the course of his career, he has completed over 30 transactions worth over $6 billion in enterprise value.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kremeier was at JMP Securities LLC, where he focused on M&A transactions, initial public offerings, and follow-on equity offerings for companies in the healthcare services and healthcare real estate sectors. Prior to that, he was a Director of Planning & Analysis for Harrah’s Entertainment in Las Vegas. Previously, Mr. Kremeier served as a Surface Warfare Officer (Nuclear) in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Kremeier holds a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
