Jim Moore, president of Moore Diversified Services, Inc., is a consultant, author, and recognized national expert in senior housing and health care with more than 45 years of industry experience. He has personally conducted more than 2,000 senior housing and health-care consulting engagements in more than 750 markets in 49 states, as well as international consulting engagements around the world. He has authored hundreds of industry technical papers, trade journal articles, and newspaper columns, as well as several books on seniors housing. His latest book, Independent Living, Congregate Care and CCRCs, was released in 2009. He holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Northeastern University and an MBA in marketing and finance from Texas Christian University.
