Levin Associates 2025 Email Changes
Levin Associates is making a change this summer: We’re updating our email platform! As such, our emails will be coming from a new sender address (mail.levinassociates.com)
As this is a new address for us, there is the possibility that some of our communications (which aren’t changing at all) might end up in your Junk or Spam folder. We really don’t want that to happen and we know that you rely on our Newsletters and regular updates.
We ask that you take a moment or two and make a quick change to your email client so that you won’t miss out.
We’re including instructions for the most popular email clients below. If you don’t see yours and you’d like more help please reach out to clientservices@levinassociates.com
Desktop (Mac/PC) Email Apps
Classic Outlook (Windows)
This is the icon for Classic Outlook on Windows. If this is the Icon that you click to open Outlook, you’re in the right place!
- Navigate to Home > Junk > Junk Email Options
- Select “Safe senders” Tab
- Click “Add”
- Enter the domain: @mail.levinassociates.com
- Click “OK” then “Apply”
New Outlook (Windows)
This is the icon for the New Outlook on Windows. If this is the Icon that you click to open Outlook, you’re in the right place!
- Navigate to Settings > Mail > Junk email
- Select “Safe senders and domains”
- Click “+ Add”
- Enter the domain you want to add: @mail.levinassociates.com
- Click “OK” then “Save” to confirm the addition.
Gmail
- Open a message from clientservices@mail.levinassociates.com
- Click the arrow next to the reply on the top right
- Select Add Sender to contact list
OR
- Select the Google Apps symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the email screen and select the “Contacts” block
- Choose “Create contact”
- Enter in the email address: clientservices@mail.levinassociates.com
- Save your changes.
Yahoo! Mail
- Open a message from clientservices@mail.levinassociates.com
- Click “Add contact” next to the From name and address
OR
- In your Yahoo Mailbox, select the address book icon in the upper-right side panel called “Contacts”
- Click “Add a New Contact”
- Enter in the email address: clientservices@mail.levinassociates.com
- Save your changes.
Mobile (Tablet/Phone) Email Apps
Gmail App
In the Gmail app, you have two options:
- Report an email as “not spam” (if the email is in spam).
- Move an email from the promotional inbox to the primary inbox.
If an email is ending up in your spam folder, open the email and click Report not spam.
You can also tap the three dots in the upper right corner and click Mark important to give it priority in your inbox.
If your email is in the promotional folder and you want to move it to your primary inbox, open the email and tap the three dots in the upper right corner, then tap Move to > Primary.
Apple Mail
Apple Mail doesn’t have the option to whitelist like some other email providers do. Instead, all you can do is mark something as “Not Junk” and it will be sent to your inbox. Here’s how:

Open your Mail app and go to the Mailboxes screen.

Select the Junk folder.

Find the email you want to whitelist and swipe left to see options.

Tap the More button.

Tap the Mark button.

Tap the Mark as Not Junk button.
Yahoo! Mail App
To add an email address to your mobile Yahoo! Mail contacts , follow these steps:
- Tap the hamburger menu (three stacked lines) in the top left.
- Tap Settings and scroll down to Filters.
- Select the email account you want to add a filter for.
- Tap the + icon to add a new filter.
- Name it anything you want (such as “Whitelist”), then:
- Add mail.levinassociates.com to your whitelist and get our emails.
- Click the ✓ icon in the top right to save the filter.
Outlook Mobile App
On Outlook mobile, you can add senders to your focused inbox to ensure delivery of their emails. Here’s how:

Open the email you want to whitelist.

Tap the three dots in the top right of the screen (not the dots inside the email).

Tap Move to Focused Inbox.

In the popup box, tap the radius button for “Move this and all future messages” then tap MOVE TO FOLDER
