Manfred Steiner is a partner in the Healthcare Group and leads BGL’s Hospitals and Health Systems practice. Manfred has extensive experience providing corporate finance advisory services to hospitals, health systems, and allied facility-based and clinical services. He has broad experience across the provider-based spectrum, with expertise advising clients through mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint venture formation, hospital/physician alignment models, and market development strategies. Before joining BGL, Manfred was a Managing Director in the Financial Advisory Group at Huron Healthcare. Prior to that, Manfred was a Principal at Wellspring Partners. He previously held senior positions at Valuation Counselors and Price Waterhouse.
