Founder & CEO, Matchwell
Rob is the Founder and CEO of Matchwell. Prior to Matchwell, Rob spent two decades in the staffing industry including ten years as an executive with one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing agencies where he was an industry advisor and frequent speaker on workforce related issues. Rob sits on the Boards of Arosa and LivHome, two non-profits, and is an advisor with three additional startups. Rob is a graduate of Berry College with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy.
