Real estate brokerage firm Cassidy Turley announced it purchased Tampa, Florida-based CLW Real Estate Services Group. Included in the deal is the CLW Senior Housing team, led by Allen McMurtry. Since 1986 his team has sold 135 senior living communities in 29 states with aggregate sales volume over $1.6 billion. Cassidy Turley completed transactions valued at $22 billion in 2011. Mr. McMurtry will lead Cassidy Turley’s senior housing practice group and will remain in Tampa.
