On December 26, Irving, Texas-based Specialized Dental Partners (SDP) announced that it acquired Liberty Endodontics for an undisclosed price.
Liberty Endodontics is a dental practice based in Liberty, Missouri. According to its website, the practice is run by Dr. John T. Lask and a team of dedicated employees.
A portfolio company of private equity group Quad-C Management, SDP (formerly known as US Endo Partners) is a leading specialty dental service organization that provides comprehensive support services to endodontic specialists across the United States.
This deal marks Specialized Dental Partners’ 14th transaction of 2025. SDP announced 23 transactions throughout 2024, and four in 2023.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 512th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025, and the 246th in the dental specialty. There were 264 dental transactions reported in 2024, and 201 reported in 2023.
