Brian Schiff, SVP – Planning and Financial Services, Greystone Communities. Mr. Schiff is responsible for the planning and financing of new project developments, respositionings, expansions and acquisitions. He has responsibility for Greystone’s consulting services including strategic planning, financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions and troubled-project advisory services. Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Schiff served as a partner and practice leader in two national consulting practices as well as serving as an officer for the post acute services of a regional hospital system and a national long term care organization. He has over 20 years experience in the health care industry. Mr. Schiff received a B.A. from Colgate University with a triple major in International Relations, German and History and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Sue Plasterr joined Greystone Communities in 2008 with over 30 years experience in senior housing and long term care. Sue provides consultation and support to Greystone clients in nursing and assisted living services. Sue received her nursing degree from Marshall University and a B.S. in Applied Gerontology from the University of North Texas. She is a licensed Registered Nurse and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Texas.
First Vice President, Greystone
Stuart Jackson’s responsibilities include planning and financial structuring of senior living projects and implementation of Greystone financing programs. He also has responsibility for coordinating Business Plan, Development Plan and Strategic Plan preparation, and works with project finance teams to coordinate financing activities. Before joining Greystone in 1999, Stuart was with Arthur Andersen, LLP, providing accounting and financial advisory services to clients primarily in the real estate industry. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Vice President, Greystone Communities
Mary Jane Fitts currently serves as vice president at Greystone, consulting senior living providers on issues related to strategic planning, marketing plan development and budget oversight. Her professional background of 26 years in senior living consists of 17 as a provider and nine years as a senior living consultant. Mary Jane serves as a faculty and advisory board chair elect for CLAS/CASP through the University of North Texas and LeadingAge. She attended Wichita States University and Wichita Technical College and holds the Certification for Aging Services Professionals.
Senior Vice President, Greystone
Bruce Byers joined Greystone in 2003 and is responsible for all of Greystone’s marketing engagements. He coordinates and assists marketing efforts between regional sales team members and clients. Bruce has worked in the senior living industry for 26 years, and has been involved with the marketing of over 100 senior living communities from California to Maine.
