Greg Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of Trilogy Health Services. Prior to this role, Greg was the Chief Development Officer for Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (“Kindred”). In this position, Greg oversaw all of the mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and development for Kindred and participated in the strategic planning for the Company. During his 9 years at Kindred, Greg completed over 100 acquisitions in the hospital, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, contract rehabilitation, home care and hospice, and institutional pharmacy sectors in excess of $4B. Prior to joining Kindred, Greg worked for 7 years in the Health Care Group of Houlihan Lokey, a leading investment bank, where he was most recently a Senior Vice President. At Houlihan Lokey, he was active in all areas of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and valuation. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Greg worked for KPMG in their Business Valuation Group and at Key Bank working with interest rate derivatives. Greg earned a B.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Randall J. Bufford is Founder, President and CEO of Trilogy Health Services, LLC. Mr. Bufford has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, mainly in services for the elderly. During that time, Mr. Bufford has been involved with the operation, development and acquisition of over 250 healthcare facilities and related businesses. He has a proven track record of growing venture-backed businesses and providing strong returns to investors and lenders. Prior to starting Trilogy, Mr. Bufford served as Executive Vice President for Centennial HealthCare Corporation. During his tenure with Centennial, Mr. Bufford was responsible for the company’s business development and oversaw the operations of its ancillary service companies; which included home health, contract rehabilitation and pharmaceutical services. Before joining Centennial, Mr. Bufford was the President/CEO of Transitional Health Services of Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Bufford founded Transitional in 1993 to acquire certain assets of the Cardinal Group, a Kentucky-based healthcare provider, in a management-led buyout. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Bufford held various positions with The Cardinal Group, including Chief Financial Officer. He also has held positions with an HMO and started his career as an auditor with Arthur Young & Co., CPAs. Mr. Bufford has a BS in accounting from the University of Louisville.
