Troy Hart, President, SantaFe Senior Living and each of the affiliated senior living communities, has twenty six years experience leading not-for-profit companies with regional and single site operational experience in planning, development, construction, start-up and operation of continuing care retirement communities. Prior to joining SFSL Mr. Hart worked for Greystone Communities, Inc. where he was responsible for the opening, operation, management and oversight of Senior Quality Lifestyles Communities, the premier affluent market, Texas, senior living provider with $450 million in tax exempt bond financed properties comprised of 750 independent living units, 220 assisted living units and 190 skilled nursing units in operation and development. Mr. Hart has an M.B.A. from the University of West Georgia (2001) and a B.A. in Health Services Administration from the University of Illinois (1986).
