Ryan Maconachy

Ryan Maconachy is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of HFF with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on seniors housing. As co-head of HFF’s national seniors housing group, he is responsible for seniors housing-related investment sales, debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. Ryan has been involved in real estate asset sales, financings and equity raises for major institutional and private owners totaling more than $4 billion.
Ryan joined HFF in March 2012. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as National Director of ARA’s National Seniors Housing Group.
